We are here to help and support your business each month. Our monthly plan is a type of 'security or insurance' for your business online. 
As part of our monthly SLA plans, we check-in with you each month for any promotional updates, training
or support assistance you may require to make your online business a success.

What Your Plan Includes

  • Phone and email support

  • Training and consultation

  • Server hosting and maintenance 

  • Managing SSL certificates

  • Updating email and domain settings

  • Troubleshooting issues

  • Adding new content (text, images, banners)

  • Adding new pages to your website

  • Text and image enhancements

  • Sales & Promotional updates online

  • News, offers, and special announcements

  • Seasonal content promotions

  • Artwork/Design for seasonal font or color changes

  • Design coupons or discount promotions

  • Linking social media to your business online

*Support requests that exceed your monthly plan allocated hours are billed at a discounted rate. Monthly Support Subscription plans require a 1 year agreement and 6 months notice to change allocated hours (this is to cover admin and accounts overheads to manage your monthly Direct Debit changes), your plan renews each month onwards unless cancelled by yourself by providing notice in writing to Idea Bubble Ltd.


What Plans Do Not Include

  • Emergency application development or hotfix requests to release code to live for emergencies, these will be quoted separately for your approval.

  •  Projects that require additional time not covered by the hours within a monthly maintenance plan. For example, if you have a project that is estimated to take six hours and you only have two hours left in your website maintenance plan, you can only use two hours. If you wish to move forward with the project, the remaining four hours will be invoiced separately at your discounted rate.

  • We do not extend project hours over multiple months for monthly plans. For larger project requirements and tickets over 3 hours, a separate sprint will be quoted at a reduced hourly rate. 

  • You cannot increase your website maintenance plan temporarily and revert back to a smaller plan in order to get your project completed at a discounted rate. A separate quote will be issued for your approval at a discounted rate to manage any overruns of your monthly plan.
