A smaller first step
A free
20-minute call
Before you decide, spend twenty minutes.
Most people who reach this page are weighing something up quietly. This call exists so you don't have to decide in the dark. It's free, it's short, and there's nothing to buy at the end of it.
Request a free callI read every request myself and reply within one working day.
What I promise
- Twenty minutes, no deck, no discovery call about the call.
- You talk, I listen, and I ask two or three questions worth thinking about.
- If the paid session isn't right for you, I'll say so and point you elsewhere.
- No follow-up sequence. One reply from me, and that's it unless you ask.
How it works
Step 1
You send a few lines
Where you are, and what's nagging at you. Two paragraphs is plenty.
Step 2
I reply within one working day
Personally, with two or three times that suit. Video or phone, whichever you prefer.
Step 3
We talk for twenty minutes
You leave with at least one thing worth doing, whether or not we ever work together.

Common questions
- Is the 20-minute clarity call really free?
- Yes. It's twenty minutes, free, with no obligation. It exists so we can both find out whether a paid Product Clarity Session is worth your time and money.
- Will I be sold to?
- No. If the paid session isn't the right fit, I'll tell you and point you somewhere more useful. There's no sequence, no proposal and no chasing.
- What should I prepare?
- Nothing. Send a few paragraphs when you request the call and turn up. Context helps more than polish.
- What happens after the call?
- If it's useful, you can book a Product Clarity Session — two hours, with a written reflection afterwards. If not, nothing happens.
