What information we collect about you? 

We receive information about you when you use our website, complete forms on our website, if you contact us by phone or email. Also, we collect information from you when you complete our signup process for our services, if you enter a competition or signup for a promotion offer or provide survey information. We also collect data from you when you inform us of any other matters.

Your personal data may be automatically collected when you use our services, including but no limited to your IP address, device specific information, server logs, device event information, location information and unique application information. 


What type of data do we collect from you?

Your personal data which we collect includes, your name, email, address, phone number, payment details and specific service details dependent on what you are signing up for. We may also keep details of your visits to our site, logins to our platform such as traffic data, location data, weblogs, IP logs and communication data. We keep records of your support queries sent into us and correspondence for these matters.

Please be aware that all data uploaded by you to your website, platform or hosting environment, such as imagery, content, videos, documents, accounts data and all other uploaded data, is not subject to our Policy Notice.

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless you are made aware of the requirement. Some services that you are signing up for with us may require your details to complete that service signup with a third party product/service. We will always explain to you what details are being used for a third party service.

Examples of third party services that we may use on our Platform - Domain hosting, dedicated servers, SEPA payment information, SSL certificate, Twilio messaging, Paypal, Realex, Stripe payment processing. These are just some examples. We make it clear with you what services you are using when using our various products. Some services do not need any third party access to data so this is dependent on your service.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
